Mike's replaced my 2005 Mini Cooper clutch and I'm back to driving it! It's my favorite ride😎 The replacement required the front end of the car to be disassembled, and other parts were replaced as well, preventing future significant costs for repairs. They were great about communicating their findings and were honest with their approach. I'm really glad I had them do it. It was a great referral from a coworker, and it paid off.

I had car issues while visiting family in Columbus from New England. Mike’s gave me a good, fair estimate upfront, called to check in and provide updates (and tweak the course of action) several times, and got my car ready for the long ride home within the day. They really saved our trip!

It was my 1st experience with Mike's, for service on my 2014 Fiat 500 XL Other repair shops have tried to rob me for unneeded work, (single female) but Mike's was totally honest and did just what I needed. And at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them..

Excellent service. Trustworthy and thorough. I would recommend Mike and his team to anybody. I was visiting from out of country and my car broke down. Mike and his team went above and beyond got my car running and ready for the trip back home. This was much appreciated. The invoice was thorough and detailed. Thanks again Mike.

After years of taking my car to the dealer for service, I decided to try a local auto repair shop instead, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone at Mike's was super nice, and they made the process of dropping off/picking up my car so easy. They are super transparent about their pricing, and their prices are more than fair! Again, I couldn't be happier, and will definitely be returning.
